The main goal of Pro-Ilha Surf Shop is to stay close to our customers and ensure their complete satisfaction. For this reason, we allow product exchanges under the conditions listed below:
>>Manufacturing defect identified before product use
If the product purchased in our store has any defect, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. You can contact us through our support center at vendas@pro-ilha.com.br The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and with all received items.
>>Manufacturing defect identified after product use
If the defect is noticed or appears only after the product has been used, you have 7 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange. We will conduct a detailed evaluation of the product and, once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange. If the defect is caused by misuse or improper use, the request will be forwarded to the product manufacturer.
>>Product different from the order
If the product you received is not what you ordered, you have 7 days to contact our support center and request an exchange.
>>Order cancellation
If you regret your purchase within 7 calendar days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may still be possible before the order leaves our distribution center, and the amount paid will be converted into store credit for future purchases.
Attention to the procedures above:
IMPORTANT: Products sent outside the specifications above will not be accepted for defect analysis and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Refunds:
IMPORTANT: Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and inspected at our Distribution Center. The product must show no signs of use.
