About the board:
James (Chilli) designed this board during the summer of 2018/19 while recovering from a minor knee injury, when he couldn’t surf at full capacity on his standard shortboard. “I just wanted something that paddled easily, caught waves, and surfed with minimal effort”—that’s how the Mid Strength was born. Essentially, this is a performance mid-length that should be considered by anyone who can stand up and ride a wave with confidence.
