As the name suggests, this is a true tube hunter. The Hunter was specifically designed for classic barrel days, and also with those surf trips in mind where you need a more compact board that still carries all the attributes of a gun.
This board has everything a surfer needs for scoring quality barrels — paddle power, agility, and plenty of control.
The Hunter’s outline carries more area from the midpoint toward the nose, with volume also shifted forward. The deck features a flatter profile with low rails, ensuring maximum hold on the wave face. The rocker is smooth and low, generating excellent projection and speed. The bottom contour consists of a single to double concave with a vee through the tail.
